The short version: we watch prices and tell you when they move. We do not sell tickets, and the price we show is an observation, not an offer.

What this service is

We check the routes you choose on a schedule, keep a history of what we saw, and tell you when a price falls below the figure you set.

We are not a travel agency. We sell no tickets, take no bookings and are not party to any contract between you and an airline. The Book link takes you to somebody else's site.

About the prices

Every price we collect is for one passenger. That makes the figure comparable over time and lets everyone watching a route share one lookup — but airlines sell seats in bands, so a booking for several people usually costs more than our figure multiplied.

A price is what a source reported at the moment we asked. Fares move during the day, seats sell, and a fare we recorded may no longer exist when you follow the link.

We do not guarantee that any price shown is available, correct, or bookable. Check the final price on the airline's own page before you pay.

Accounts and plans

You need an account to track anything. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Paid plans are sold by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for every order, and Paddle's buyer terms govern the purchase itself — the payment, the invoice, VAT and refunds. A plan begins as soon as Paddle confirms the payment and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your profile: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you keep the plan until then. A change to another paid plan applies at once, and Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the month.

Each plan states its own limits. We may change plans, limits or prices; if a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will tell you before it applies to you.

Refunds

Changed your mind? Ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you get the full amount back, no questions asked. Write to info@pingfare.com, or contact Paddle through the link in your receipt. The plan ends when the refund is made.

After 14 days a payment is not refunded. Cancelling stops every later payment, and you keep the plan until the end of the month you have paid for. None of this limits any right you have under the consumer law of your country.

Fair use

Use the service through the interface. Do not script it, resell the data, or try to make it fetch more than your plan allows — every metered lookup costs real money, and the limits are what keep the service affordable for everyone.

We may suspend an account that is damaging the service for others.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of error.

We are not liable for a fare you did not manage to book, a price that changed, an alert that arrived late, or any decision you made on the strength of what we showed you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending it

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, which ends everything immediately.

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia.
